The Dudley Health Trainer Service is provided by ‘Health Exchange’, a company that works with people and their communities to achieve better health and wellbeing.
The Health Trainers offer a personal, one-to-one service to Dudley patients over the age of 18 years.
The service works to support individuals through 6 – 8 sessions in which Health Trainers work with individuals to make small but significant health behaviour change. By working together the Health Trainer can help individuals by providing the necessary ‘tools’ to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This service offers local appointments at a time that is convenient to fit individual needs.
